Silent pen

How many of you are living in hostels, or outside your town? Those people can relate this article in a much better way. What happens is that we have to share out the toilet with many people (roommates ) and with strangers if you are using a public toilet. I am talking about the British toilet seat. In British Toilet seat, different people put their "tashreef" on the seat. Don't you think it creates infections? This problem was totally wandering in my mind, and I was thinking for any solution or modification which will make our Seat more acceptable and hygiene. So, The idea which I want to propose is this: (I don't know whether the idea is feasible or not, you can give your opinions too) For better understanding, I am using Images.
